1) Select the event you will be attending below by clicking
on the name of the event. The events are listed by order of date.
2) Select the services available for your event that you wish to order. Simply enter the quantity of each of the services you would like to order. If you are updating a previous submission you can enter negative quantities to reduce a previous order.
3) You can verify the items ordered and the total price. At the bottom of the form enter your name, address and payment information.
4) Your information will be verified. If there are no
errors you will get a receipt of order which you can
print for your records. If errors were found then you will get a message with the errors listed. Correct the errors then resubmit the form.
5) Advanced Rates apply only to orders paid in full and received 14 DAYS PRIOR TO THE FIRST SCHEDULED EVENT DAY. Standard rates must be paid at move-in for all other orders. NO EXCEPTIONS.
